How do I stop copying a Provider?

To stop copying a Provider, you can choose to unsubscribe from them, thereby ending the subscription and closing any open trades copied from that Provider, or you can suspend the subscription to keep your existing trades but no longer open new trades. Note: certain risk management triggers can also launch the unsubscribe action.

Suspending a subscription stops the copying, but keeps its parameters editable for the Follower. For example, if you are not certain you want to continue following a Provider’s strategy and want to take some time to think about it, you can suspend the subscription to stop copying new trades (but keep existing trades). Then, if you choose to continue copying the same Provider, you can Activate the subscription again (either with new or existing parameters) but unlike the first activation, you will only be able to copy the Provider’s future positions.
